Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, returns are subject to a $10 CAD restocking fee, plus return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome and not subject to any restocking fees. Simply contact our customer support to get started.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
No restocking or shipping fees will apply to defective item returns.
